On a Sunday like today...
For those of you who do not know anything about computer other than Word or Internet Explorer, please do not learn more. Why bother learning about things that you probably won't need anyway? Those things are complex and ever changing. So as long as the things that you use works, don't touch the rest. When the computer breaks down, don't bother trying to figure out what's wrong, just call a tech support company and let them do it. In the end, in exchange for a small amount of money, you'll get to resume you worryless lifestyle.
Ahh...The joy of ignorance. It's so easy to bluff these people. Just throw in some computer jargons and act worried and you get their money. My Boss and I went to a client's house at Bukit Timah yesterday and he kinda feel guilty for "ripping" the German lady, not that the upgrading suggestion was misleading or anything but it wasn't really the problem. The cool thing about this job is that sometimes I got to tag along for on-site check to these cool houses.
I went to USP production at Saturday night as well with Tessie, Benny, and Evan. Fusta and Jonas were involved in the production. Hmm, while I think the concept of the show was good and I truly applauded the effort, unfortunately the performance was not really up-to-standard. Firstly, the idea of staging the performance in the middle of the audience is good but positioning of the actors becomes really important. The stage was too small for the first act as well. Perhaps that's the intention but sometimes too many things happening at the same time can be very distracting. The MRT scene was very good and original. I really like it. The STOMP! scene was kinda, err, out of beat as well. And control that dry ice please, We couldn't see a thing. And lastly, dancing while holding a mic didn't look really good. But again, A for effort.
you never want to see the sun go down
