I went to Sim's birthday last saturday after work. I was at city hall at 7, the party started at 6 and it's at pasir ris. Yes, I was very late. The good thing was there were lots of food and nice food too. I didn't eat enough satays! One thing though, don't drink with your stomach empty. The alcohol gets to your head pretty quickly. The vodka was good although it's mandarin flavoured. Sim's party was fun although I know so little people there. Met Kenny, Dejie, Xiuwen, Giles, Gerald and Yujen there and ended up playing stupid orientation games like 0+0=2 thanks to Kenny. Nevertheless, it was a blast and Gerald, Yujen and I took a cab home after the party. One thing to note is that I shall not take any responsibility for whatever I said during that taxi ride.
Second, recently everytime I heard Jamiroquai I always wanted to start dancing, I don't know why. A few days ago while walking on the overhead bridge towards KAP, 'Just Dance' played on my iPod. There and then, after making sure that no one was on that bridge, I did a little jig. It's a small step before the full blown spastic dance which, hopefully, will take place in the near future.
After Larry crashing a while ago, now it's my handphone's turn. The phone died Thurday last week and I sent it for repair on Monday. I just got the news today that the motherboard is spoilt and it's better to buy a new phone. Sigh.
It's not the matter of buying a new phone (which actually is quite a problem since it's more money spent), but for the second time after my comp crashing, I lost my data. Messages, contacts and pictures gone just like that. Most of them I know I can never have again. I guess all I can do know is just take a deep breath and move on.
