Real Time with Bill Maher

I don't get Bill Maher's bashing on religion when he said that "religious" people must feel superior to the atheists because they are "saved" and all. He felt that it is condescending for them to do so as if the atheists need to be saved. The guest that this comment was directed to, unfortunately, took the sweet path of saying no, religious people don't feel superior. I think what she should do was to ask Bill back, "But isn't that the same thing the atheists feel about the Christians? That they are some crazy lunatics praying to a non-existent God? Don't you feel superior compared to these insane people?" As much as I love Bill's Bush bashing, I think he's one unfriendly atheist.
