It's hard to be a hedgehog

have you ever heard of the hedgehog dillemma ?
I heard somewhere...can't really remember where...a game, a comic or a movie or something...my memory is failing me...
anyway...the hedgehog dillemma...
you know hedgehog rite ? that animal with lots of needle thingy...
well, the dillemma is that when these hedgehogs want to get close to other animal or even another hedgehog...the other party will get pricked by the needle thing...
and they will be hurt...
again and again the same thing happened...
so the hedgehog conclude that he better not get to close to anyone or anything...for fear that they will get hurt...
in the end the hedgehog will be alone...forgotten...
sometimes these things happened to people too...real people...not only those on tv or in movies...
time and time again they are scared that they will hurt other people and hurt themselves also in the process...
as a result...they will keep to themselves and have a minimum social lives...(like me...ha..ha..)
you can call these people cowards or anything...but you can't really blame them...
they are just victims of circumstances...and their fears...
although it's better for these people to just forget it and life anew...
