Chasing Jamie Yeo

Went to orchard today...to see jamie yeo actually...
not because I'm jamie groupie or a big fan or anything...
I just want to see her in person...and to tell you the truth, she looked quite different from what's in the pictures..
ow, she is pretty and all but just different...managed to see carrie chong also...
went to borders after that...unfortunately, the comic that I want to read is wrapped...darn...!!!
it's Watchmen...a comic highly recommended by Kemal...and whatever recommended by Kemal must be damn good...

btw, today is walking day...walking day is the day where i go to walk around somewhere...
today's walking destination is pearl's hill city park...it's near chinatown...
it got into newspaper recently...and being the curious me...I decided to check it out...
it's actually a hill behind chinatown...it's surrounded by buildings and it has a reservoir on top of it...
it's actually quite nice...imagine you are in the middle of the city and in one of the most busiest part of the town...and you have all these greenery and all...it's very refreshing...
but there's one scary part there...on one side of the park there's this building...i think it's apartment or flat or something...
but it's all empty...so imagine having these hundreds of empty rooms...all dark and still...ha..ha..
I went to clarke quay after that...went to Kino to read some stuff...then when to clarke quay mrt to test the new NE line...
the station's quite nice...got that modern look...
one thing interesting is that I met this group of...I hate to say this...deaf or mute people...
they were talking and joking around using sign language...
I was quite amazed...and that scene was...amazing...
these people were joking with total silence...so peaceful and quiet...wish some people can be like this...: )
I wanted to look at them and worried that they might be offended...so I just glanced occasionally...
made me want to learn sign language...

so now I'm back at boarding...stuck here again and hoping I can finish my homework...
sigh...
