Child labor...

Imagine a pan or something like that...it's called loyang in indon but I don't know the english word for it...
and then imagine about 150 nastars or pineapple cake on it...
you are holding a tiny brush and a bowl of egg yolk...
now, you need to brush the top part of those tiny cakes with egg yolk...
start brushing...
well, that's what I practically do every day...helping my mum that is...
every day, around 4 pans of nastars...hmmm...quite a lot...
with each pan requires around 45 minutes, it'll take quite some time...
so imagine you sitting there on the floor with a tiny brush in your hand and you are brushing egg yolk to those tiny cakes...
it can't be too much because it will crack when they are baked...
it cant be too little also because it won't look nice then...
the egg yolk cannot be too thick also...'cos...well I don't know why but my mum say so...
it's very tedious...and boring...ngyahhhh...
so practically, I'm having the time of my life...
sigh...
