Movie Review : Harry Potter and The Goblet of Fire

I feel cheated. This is what you get when you try to condense a mighty thick book into a 2-hours plus movie. There is simply no continuation in the scenes, many many parts of the book are cut, characters development is lacklustre at the very best, and that makes a very chopy movie. I don't feel that sense of grandeur that I felt whenever I watched Harry Potter movies of the past. This one feels like more of a teenage high school drama with the casts of Harry Potter.

The only saving grace of the entire movie was simply Emma Watson. Rupert Grint was quite hilarious as well in his jealousy. Other casts were really underused or just simply weird. Read the book and watch the movie only if you are a Potter fan (and who isn't nowadays?) or want to see Emma.
