More than words

why is action more important than words ?
is it because it shows your utmost sincerity...?
is it because you can simply lie if you just said in words ?
is it because too many people bullshitting ?
is it because action has a more tangible effect ?
maybe...maybe that's why there's that phrase "action speaks louder than words"...
but, does that mean that can't we trust words anymore ?
are words only pure nonsense ?
I personally don't think so...isn't everything depends on the person himself ?
to me personally, words are very important...
words are like a promise...it bounds...you can't just simply break it and walk away...
if I promise something to someone or to myself, I'll do whatever I can to fulfill that promise...
isn't that what we must do with a promise ? honour it ?
that's why I can't understand people who backdown from their own words...
these people irritate me to hell...
to me, if you said or promise something, you are bounded by that promise however abstract it may be...
but most people nowadays don't seem to think that way...
words now are just like sweets...it is there only as an attraction...but when people loses interest on you or something bad happened, they just gonna spit it out...feign ignorance...
sickening...
maybe that's why people don't trust words anymore ?
maybe...
