Sizzling Sizzler

Pardon the title but Sizzler is awesome. With one meal entree, you get free flow salad, pasta, ice water AND ice cream. Admittedly, the food is a bit on the small side and not so great (at least the one I ordered. It was fish and fries, btw. Why the heck they can't call it fish and chips is beyond me). So I went to Sizzler at Suntec last monday for this surprise birthday thingy for Xiuwen arranged by Sim. Gerald, DJ, Ken, Shaojie, Sim, Xiuwen and me were there. Again, it was really nice seeing old friends again and I haven't seen these people for the longest time, well, around 6 months plus. So we catch up on some stuffs, asking where are they going for U (only a few will go to NUS apparently) with the bulk of them going to NTU. I just ate and ate and ate. A plateful of salad (much much much better than Pizza Hut salad. They actually have meat in the salad.), the aforementioned fish and fries, and chocolate ice cream sprinkled with, well, chocolate sprinkle and chocolate chips along with ice water. We continued talking at Starbucks and before we know it, it's already 10+ and we said our goodbyes and went back.
